The Lincoln Memorial is a monument built to honor Abraham Lincoln who is the 16th President of the US. It is located in Washington, DC and it became a symbolic venue during the Civil Rights movement. It has appeared in several movies and you will see it on dollar bills. Aside from this, it is also a perfect place to catch the sunrise in DC.
